Situated on the south side of Lake Balaton this cheap property is ideal as a holiday home for anyone looking for a quiet location to recharge their batteries and indulge in a bit of pampering at the local thermal spa.
Set in rolling countryside with fields at the back of the property, a very rural feel, but the village has all facilities including its own fishing lake. The thermal spa town of Kaposvar is only a short trip away with a range of diversion as well as all the watersports available at Lake Balaton itself.
The house itself is in need of renovation, as is reflected in the price, but a great deal of it could be done by competant DIY with local help for the more strenuous or technical work.

Das Dorf liegt 15 km südlich von Kaposvár und ist eine charakteristische Gemeinde der Landschaft Zselic.
Wahrscheinlich gehört sie zu den Dörfern, die König Stephan der Heilige an die Abtei Szentmárton verliehen hat. Ihr Name wurde zum ersten Mal 1237-1240 in der Zusammenschreibung des Esztergomer Kanonikers Albeus erwähnt. Am Anfang der 1770-er Jahre hat der Grundbesitzer Lajos Festetics in der Gemeinde Schwaben angesiedelt. Im Leben der Gemeinde bedeutete eine große Erschütterung, dass im Jahre 1946 70 Familien evakuiert wurden; in ihre Häuser wurden 20 ungarische Familien aus Oberungarn angesiedelt.
Die Siedlung mit vier Straßen zeigt das Bild der Erneuerung und Verschönung. In BÅ‘szénfa haben und können die Landwirtschaft, die Tierhaltung, die Holzwirtschaft und der Tourismus eine Zukunft haben.
