The ground floor is very open plan with one area flowing into the next giving a more light and open feel than is normally found in this type of constuction.

Upstairs two very comfortable bedrooms lead off the gallery that overlooks the living and dining areas below. From this gallery there are two access doors to the outside gallery.

We have shown only one finish for this house but other options are available both in terms of outside finish and construction methods.


Suitable building plots

Such a design as this needs a sheltered and sunny location to take advantage of the design. We have some building plots available in the West of Hungary which are listed on this web site.

However, the plans are available for construction anywhere in the country and can easily be taken and incorporated into a full building project.

Costing can only be taken on an individual basis depending on both the site and the construction chosen and the finish required.
