Offset tower design -

This design places a lot of emphasis on privacy with two distinct area of personal space remote from each other. The main bedroom is upstairs in the offset tower with its own balcony and bathroom. The second bedroom is in its own tower with height for an optional mezzanine to accommodate a study or play area and private bathroom. Great for a teenager's study or longer term visitor.

The central public area of the house is very open plan to give a light and airy feel with views over the surrounding countryside and, of course, your lovely garden.

There are two variations of the interior plan shown in the pictures below, these are just examples of what is possible. We can of course modify any design to fit specific requirements.

Construction options

We have shown this design in both masonry and timber frame construction. A variety and mixture of construction materials can be used according to the final design.

Suitable building plots

This design is over 22m in overall length and so will need a plot that has at least 28m in width facing south with a depth of at least 17m.
