71 building plots.

Situated in the village of Tarjan with around 2700 inhabitants are 71 building plots on a big building site of 101,000 sqm.

All the plots have been registered, as shown on the plan, but provision has been made to allow the building of commercial premises such as shops or pub/cafe on three or four plots.

The site is for sale as a whole, but may be split into smaller sections of 10/20 plots.

Tarjan is situated in northwestern Hungary,40 km from Budapest, 6 km from the highway M1 (Vienna-Budapest) and Tatabanya. This region is one of the prettiest in Hungary, with forests, fields, vineyards, hills and mountains.

The village is in the valley of the stream Szent László, 9 kms to the north of Tatabánya. The Roman Catholic church was built according to Jakab Fellner's plans in Louis XVI style. The Calvinist church is in baroque style from the 1790s as well as the statue of the Holy Trinity in Rákóczi Street. Interesting sights are the round cellars.

It is a significant settlement of German-speaking people, a music festival is held at Whitsun. Cave Pesko, Orhegy and a fishing pond are good places for relaxation. The centre of hunting in the neighbourhood is the hunting lodge of Tornyó.

With no airtraffic or transit roads close to Tarjan there is no air and noise pollution.
