Good access to the airports of Sarmellek and Graz with cheap flights from a number of locations. The house is fairly compact but with a good redesign could be made very comfortable for a couple with the occasional visitor. The house has a few issues that would need addressing but nothing structural. Heating is currently done by traditional log burner and there is a purpose built storage area for fuel which also has the only currently connected toilet. The village has some 300 inhabitants and is only 4kms from another village which has cafe, shop and postoffice. The nearest town is Vasvar with a range of facilities as well as tourist attractions. Very central for a range of diversion, such as Lake Balaton, little Balaton, golf, horse riding, cycling, fishing, motor racing, spa and wellness clinics and much more.
