Set in a village of some 1200 inhabitants local facilities such as pub and shops are only a walk away while the tourist resort of Sarvar is only a short drive or bus trip away. Close to the Raba river with fishing and swimming opportunities. Other diversions such as motor sports, horse riding, golf and water sports are all available in the area.

The closest airport is only 50kms, the rail link is in the next village and the village itself is on the bus network.

The cottage itself has functional kitchen and bathroom, a large living/dining room a bedroom. Enough room for couple in comfort or cosy for a family of four. There is a heater in bathroom for hot water in the bathroom and kitchen and a log burning stove for heating.

Renovation work could be done piecemeal with some work done on a DIY basis, or a local team could do a complete job in one go. With an outside dining area and BBQ and a pretty pergola on the front of the house with wines trailing shading it in the summer a very pretty property can easily be achieved.
