Another popular atrium design -

Designed for family living with the whole of the ground floor separated into different areas for individual use. The large living room can be closed off or, as shown in the plan, with a large archway between it and the dining hall. A separate study or media room (possibly with extra sound proofing) can be for either quiet or noisy activities. While the bar style kitchen is ideal for a quick snack or entertaining and does not isolate the cook from the rest of the house.

A large comfortable master suite has the whole of one side of the house, for privacy, with the bathroom in the middle separating it from the two family bedrooms. These family bedrooms are easily big to include a computer desk or music system with one having access to the rear balcony. The other two bedrooms have access to their own spearate front facing balconies.

We have shown this design in timber frame although it could be constructed in other building materials.
