If lots of natural light is what you crave then this is the house for you. A full 2 storey atrium facing south will bathe the interior of the house in sunlight.

This house is designed for modern living and build of modern materials. There is a separate room downstairs that can be used as a study or a home cinema. The large open plan living room overflows into the dining room for easy entertaining. The kitchen has an island bar for food preparation and presentation.

Construction options

We have shown two possible finishes for the house; (i) yellow and white plastic finished panels (2) red and white coloured wooden panels. Other options and colours are also available..

Suitable building plots

Such a design as this is ideal on a south facing sloping plot but is not a requirement, only the southern aspect is needed to gain the full impact of this construction. We have a range of plots available that would be suitable, or if you already posses a building plot we will be happy to advise on the possibilities that would fit it best.
