This design is the ultimate in family living.

We have provisionally designed it as a having a garage on the ground floor with the rest reserved as the public spaces. The next floor hold three bedrooms and two bathrooms all of a good size with plenty of storage.

Finally there is an attic room of 56m² (at full 1.80m headroom) which we have left to customer requirements. Obviously a fourth or even fifth bedroom can be designed in still leaving sufficient for a games room with a big balcony. However many other uses can be designed in - imagine you can put in that model train set round the whole of the attic that you have been wanting for years!

Construction

This home has been designed for masonery construction with a decorative finish to personal taste.

Building plot

This house has a country feel to it and would warrant a good sized plot. We have a range of plots available that would be suitable but if you already have a plot then this is no problem. We can discuss its suitability and, if necessary, make any modification to the design.
